The photo requirements vary depending on the figurine style you choose.

Our goal is to capture the unique features, expression, hairstyle, clothing, colors, and overall personality of your subject as accurately as possible.
However, every figurine is an artistic recreation, not an exact replica. Because each piece is handcrafted and produced using 3D printing technology, slight variations and artistic adjustments may be made to improve printability, structural strength, durability, and overall quality.
We carefully balance likeness, craftsmanship, and durability to create a figurine that faithfully represents your cherished memories.
Production time varies by stage. After your Concept Preview is approved, 3D modeling typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by 5–7 business days for full-color 3D printing, professional finishing, and quality inspection after final model approval.
Customer review time is calculated separately and may extend the overall timeline. More complex orders or additional revisions may also require extra time.
Shipping time is not included and varies by destination.
