Upload the photos required for your selected figurine. We’ll review your photos, create your Concept Preview, and send it to you within 1–2 business days. If any photos need to be replaced or supplemented, we’ll contact you within this time.

Preview & Approve Your Concept
Review your Concept Preview and confirm the overall look and direction. We won’t begin professional 3D modeling until you approve it. Once approved, your order enters custom production.

3D Modeling & Review
Our designers will professionally build and refine your 3D model, then send you a multi-angle 3D preview. You’ll have up to 3 calendar days to review it.
Your order includes one complimentary round of minor adjustments, usually requiring an additional 1–2 business days. Further or more extensive adjustments may require additional time and fees, which we’ll always confirm with you before proceeding.
ESTIMATED TIME：5–7 Business Days
Final Approval & Production
Once your final 3D model is approved, we’ll begin full-color 3D printing, professional finishing and quality inspection.
We won’t begin printing without your final approval.
ESTIMATED TIME：Typically 8–12 Business Days
Packed & Shipped
After final quality inspection, your figurine will be carefully packed and shipped with tracking.
Most developed countries: 8–12 business days
Some remote European destinations: 10–15 business days
East & Southeast Asia: typically 4–12 business days or less
Other destinations, including parts of Africa and South America, may take longer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Customer review time is calculated separately and is not included in the estimated production timeline.
- Custom production begins once your Concept Preview is approved. After approval, your order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
- Printing begins only after your final 3D model approval.

However, every figurine is an artistic recreation, not an exact replica. Because each piece is handcrafted and produced using 3D printing technology, slight variations and artistic adjustments may be made to improve printability, structural strength, durability, and overall quality.
We carefully balance likeness, craftsmanship, and durability to create a figurine that faithfully represents your cherished memories.
Production typically takes 7–12 business days after your photos have been approved.
Every figurine is individually designed, professionally 3D printed, hand-finished, and carefully quality inspected before shipping. During busy seasons or for more complex orders, production may take slightly longer.
