As part of our customization process, Eufumora creates original digital works, including but not limited to digital 3D models, sculpting work, design modifications, production files, manufacturing preparation files, printing files, and other original digital assets.

These materials are independently created by Eufumora and remain the intellectual property of Eufumora unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The purchase of a personalized product includes ownership of the finished physical product only.

It does not include ownership of or access to any digital design files, including but not limited to STL, OBJ, 3MF, CAD files, editable source files, or other production assets, unless expressly agreed in writing.
