- 1 side-view photo showing the full body and tail (recommended for better accuracy)
Your photo should:
- Show one pet only
- Show your pet in a natural sitting pose
- Clearly show the face, ears, body, legs, paws, and tail
- Clearly show the eyes, nose, and fur details
- Be well-lit and high resolution

- Every photo is reviewed by our designers.
- If better photos are needed, we'll contact you within 1–2 business days.
- If you don't hear from us, your photos have been approved.
- Production begins after photo approval.
