Before You Order
Photo Requirements
Choose any photo you love.
We can create your 3D relief from photos of people, couples, families, pets, or people with pets.
For the best result, choose a clear, well-lit photo where the people or pets you want to feature are easy to see. Photos with clear facial features and less obstruction generally produce better relief details.
Upload 1 photo per design. If ordering multiple charms, you may use the same photo or different photos for each design.
Backgrounds and unnecessary elements may be simplified or removed to create a cleaner 3D relief composition.
Preview & Production
We’ll review your uploaded photo and provide a design preview within 1–2 business days.
If there are any issues with your photo, we’ll contact you within this time and ask for a replacement if needed.
Production will begin only after you approve the preview. Please check the subjects, composition, colors, and visible details carefully before confirming.
Production time: 7–10 business days after preview approval.

Each 3D relief is custom-made from your photo, and the finished piece will follow the approved preview.
Once the preview is approved, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
As each piece is personalized and made especially for you, returns and exchanges are generally not available. If an issue with your order is caused by us, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you on a suitable solution.
