Please upload:
- 1 clear photo of one person only you love to use as the reference for your chibi figurine.
- The standard figurine is created in a standing pose.
Your photo may include:
- Small personal props or accessories, such as a phone, flowers, books, a ball, a small bag, and similar items.
- Props should remain secondary to the person and be relatively small.
Please note:
- Large elements such as pets, furniture, bicycles, or other oversized items are not included in standard customization.
- For sitting, squatting, or other special poses, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

- A photo preview will be provided within 1–2 business days.
- 3D modeling begins after your photo preview is approved.
- You’ll receive a 3D model preview before printing, with one complimentary revision round for minor adjustments based on your original photo.
- Printing begins only after your final approval of the 3D model.

- Your photo will be reinterpreted in our chibi style, with stylized proportions, facial features, and details rather than an exact realistic reproduction.
- We aim to preserve the recognizable features, hairstyle, outfit, and overall character of the person.
- Minor artistic adjustments may be made for durability and print quality.
- Small accessories may be simplified when necessary.
- Once your Concept Preview is approved, the order can no longer be cancelled. Minor adjustments can still be requested during the 3D model review stage within the included revision round.

Preview & Approve Your Concept
Review your Concept Preview and confirm the overall chibi look, including the outfit, hairstyle, pose, and key details. Professional 3D modeling begins only after your approval. Once approved, your order enters custom production and can no longer be cancelled.

3D Modeling & Review
Our 3D artists will professionally build and refine your model based on the approved Concept Preview, balancing recognizable details with the structure and stability required for full-color 3D printing.
Once the model is ready, we’ll send you a multi-angle 3D preview for review. You’ll have up to 3 calendar days to approve it or request adjustments.
One complimentary round of minor adjustments is included and usually requires an additional 1–2 business days. More extensive changes may require additional time and fees, which we’ll always confirm with you before proceeding.

Final Approval & Production
Once your final 3D model is approved, production begins. Your figurine is created using industrial full-color 3D printing, with color printed directly as part of the process rather than hand-painted afterward.
After printing, the figurine goes through professional post-processing, cleaning, finishing, and quality inspection before it is ready to ship.
Printing begins only after your final approval.

Packed & Shipped
After final quality inspection, your figurine will be carefully packed and shipped with tracking.
Estimated delivery after shipment:
Most developed countries: 8–12 business days
Remote European destinations: 10–15 business days
East & Southeast Asia: typically 4–12 business days or less
Other destinations, including parts of Africa and South America, may take longer.
